- The role entails onboarding new customers in respective geography by selling Shine's industry-leading smart hiring services to medium & large enterprises and managing deals from start to finish.

Responsibilities:.

- Managing an exciting portfolio of products and services, it will be up to you to lead by example in adapting to change and collaborating with colleagues to inspire a high-performing sales team and culture.

- Developing and implementing industry-specific sales plans & strategies to target enterprise and mid-market clients.

- Actively prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels for new client acquisition (hunting).
