Manager - Marketing/Communication (5-10 yrs)

Title: Marketing / Communication Manager for HR Anexi.

Location: Mumbai.

Role:

- We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager who'll provide strategic and practical advice to boost HR Anexi's marketing efforts to create a Pull in the market.

- The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in everyday marketing activities.

- We want to see excellent communicators, with lots of enthusiasm, who're ready to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and tactics for brand building.

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns.

- Sourcing opportunities for participating in various industry forums, publications (Like people matters, Human Capital, etc.

- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.

- Produce engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups.

- Creating other marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters.

- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

- Monitor competitor activity.

Skills Required:

- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with attitude to learn.

- Demonstrated experience in writing and proofreading copy.

- Knowledge in conducting market research, for example creating questionnaires and conducting focus groups studies to derive insights for developing marketing content.

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels.

- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e., Google Analytics, NetInsight etc).

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

- Hands on experience in managing various social media platforms.

- 5 - 10 years of experience.
