Title: Associate Consultant HR Advisory & Outsourcing.
Background & Experience:.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and maintain timelines.
- Support in complete HR Operations (Recruitment to Retirement) / Organization Development / employee engagement interventions.
Qualification & Experience:.
- HR Professionals with 4-12 years of HR Generalist experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Net Profit.
- Profitability achievement as per Set Targets & Formulae.
- Collections as per contract Terms Relationship Management & Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure retention of existing clients through relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Ensure fortnightly review with the internal stakeholders.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction by creating a system of tracking customer feedback (survey) for all accounts Retainership and Consulting.
- Ensure leads / references for business from the existing client Products &Delivery.
- Ideate/Facilitate to create/enhance new & existing products to be able to create & maintain our position of innovative / Thought Leaders in the FOB market.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and maintain timelines Standardization & Adherence to Process.
- Assist in standardization and improvement of HRO process including project planning, managing project cost and project review.
- Maintain standard template where ever possible and maintain uniformity in formats, fonts, presentations, etc).
- Ensure documentation of special projects and review meetings with team and clients.
- Ensure that there is a contingency plan in case of delay or any other unforeseen issues.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and processes Building Brand.
- Build an environment that is inclusive and increases employee engagement.
- Periodic connect with employees at all levels including skip level to get a pulse of the organization and assess the engagement levels.
- Assist and support branding plan for HRA.
- Enhance visibility by being active on social media and promoting HRA's posts and products.
- Participate in different forums to promote the brand name Develop Self.
- Continuous self-development through reading (books, periodicals, HBR, articles etc.) to be aware of latest happening in the Management / People practices.
- Read / Discuss and debate monthly 1 new market trend and its impact on HRA or its stakeholders.
- Attend certification program or trainings (as per your development plan) offered by HR Anexi or other outside agencies.
- Develop as trainers/ assessors by actively participating in train the trainer / assessment training program.
