Job Description :

Our client, a leading player in the marble and stone manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive digital transformation and technology innovation across its operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale technology initiatives, with expertise in systems automation, ERP implementation, and digital infrastructure development.

The company is preparing for an IPO within the next two years, and the CTO will play a critical role in ensuring technology readiness for this major milestone.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy, aligned with overall business goals and the upcoming IPO.

- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge automation, manufacturing, and supply chain technologies to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Drive the implementation of ERP systems tailored to the marble and stone manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability and optimization.

- Ensure the security and resilience of digital systems, including cybersecurity measures, data integrity, and cloud infrastructure management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and sales, to support technology-driven growth initiatives.

- Provide strategic oversight on technology solutions that improve customer experience, including digital platforms and e-commerce capabilities.

- Prepare the organization for IPO by ensuring technology infrastructure aligns with regulatory compliance, reporting standards, and data transparency.

- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

- Proven experience with ERP implementation, automation systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, cloud infrastructure, and IT governance.

- Prior experience preparing a company for IPO is highly desirable, particularly ensuring technology systems support regulatory and reporting requirements.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly with expertise in process optimization and systems integration.

- Familiarity with the technology requirements for a successful IPO, including compliance, data management, and reporting frameworks.
