Currently seeking Principal Consultant with 20+ years of experience to lead transformational journey for our clients.

In this role, you will work directly with family business leaders to design and execute a roadmap that drives business growth, organizational resilience, and leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business owners to co-create a visionary growth path that positions the organization for future success.

- Shape leadership talent by crafting development plans, creating succession planning frameworks, and preparing the next generation of family business leaders.

- Lead clients through organizational transformation by implementing HR systems and processes that align with the companys strategic goals while maintaining a focus on employee well-being.

- Introduce cutting-edge HR tools and technology that streamline processes, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 20 years in HR , transformation roles, or working with family-owned businesses.

- Proven expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS), Succession Planning, and Organization Development (OD).

- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering high-impact organizational change.

- Visionary thinking with the ability to convert insights into actionable business strategies.

- Deep understanding of family business dynamics and the unique challenges they face.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and engage at the C-suite level.

- Mastery in leading cross-functional teams through large-scale transformation initiatives.

- Strong project management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- Certifications in Leadership Development, OD, or advanced HR systems is a plus.

- Passion for business transformation and driving change at the highest levels.

- Ability to operate with integrity and foster trust in sensitive, family-owned business environments.
