Responsibilities:
- Own Talent Acquisition for Technology Services Globally.
- Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders, proactively communicating and driving overall business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with Genpact stakeholders to facilitate account expansion.
- Serve as the primary contact for escalations globally, including APAC, EMEA and Americas.
- Drive our experiential hiring process, influencing leaders to ensure adhearence an engagement with the process.
- Identifity talent gaps and work with the team to create pro-active talent pipelines to solve future needs.
- Oversee and manage multiple searches, ensuring the search team is accountable for executing the search process effectively.
- Take responsibility for change management related to hiring, collaborating with leaders to identify and address their hiring needs.
Required Experience:
- 15-25 years experience working with the client in Technology hiring.
- Technology domain expert within data, cloud, infrastructure and application services.
- Ability to engage independently with CXO-1 level to discuss talent acquisition strategy, as well as get into details to diagnose and solve hiring problems.
- People leader with the ability to create a followership, driving engagement of direct and indirect team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable from CXO to process level.
- Talent acquisition at the executive level within technology services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately.
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong alignment to company values Passion, Innovation, Growth, Agility, and Partnership.
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, ERP applications and sourcing platforms.
