Job Overview :

We are seeking a business-minded and experienced Sr. Director and CTO in Navi Mumbai to lead the evolution and expansion of our global cloud product development and technology center.

The global product development center delivers and supports modern products and services to our family of companies, leveraging the latest in cloud technologies, development, integration and artificial intelligence.

This role will be responsible for growing and leading a team of approximately 100+ engineers, developers, and data engineers to design, develop and launch cloud-based products that enhance our customers` experience.

This leader will be expected to nurture and lead a fast-paced global team who will consolidate a portfolio of emerging products already in-house pf the company, as well as support innovation and delivery of future products as we continue to grow. The cloud product development center will work closely with a global IT executive team focused on delivering next-level products leveraging the latest in technology.

Responsibilities include :

- Use intentional leadership to build and empower a global high-performing, self-directed team of leaders and employees to deliver effectively.

- Leading and managing the India IT center with a business mindset.

- Partner with global product and technology teams to understand and contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap.

- Drive strategic planning, productivity, and quality metrics, as well as communication with the global teams.

- Deliver and support a portfolio of technology products that aligns with the company`s strategic goals.

- Lead the design, development, and launch of cloud-based products that align with our business goals and customer needs.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of products and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

- Oversee delivery leveraging Agile SecDevOps practices, continuous integration and development (CI/CD) pipelines, microservices, APIs, and cloud-hosted databases.

- Establish a strong cloud platform and application development discipline with an Agile, Cloud-first, API-first mindset.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that products are launched successfully and meet business objectives.

- Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field, Master's degree or higher is a plus.

- Proven experience in building / leading a team of cloud engineering and software development - product to business and product to market.

- Experience leading in a global company, preferably transaction, financial, or insurance by trade.

- Expertise in creating secure, scalable, cloud-based applications using modern architecture.

- First-hand knowledge of Agile SecDevOps practices, continuous integration and development (CI/CD) pipelines, microservices, APIs
