Head - Technology - BFSI (15-25 yrs)

- Head of Technology for RIS be the strategic leader responsible for seamless delivery Tech services, strategically directing and coordinating the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems, and business processes for the Information Technology functions.

- The role also entails thought leadership towards transformation, cost optimization, efficiency, technology first line risk and value-added solutions for the business across India locations.

- As a key member of the Management team, this role will require the individual to be the independent voice to understand and prioritize the strategic and tactical roadmap.

- This role requires the ability to define and implement strategy and manage BAU operations with a fine balance of independence and interdependence.

- This is a role which requires a passionate, mature, articulate leader with capability to identify and understand stakeholder needs and assess priorities, assumptions, and constraints independently.

- This role will bring together building and developing inclusive teams and leaders, collaboration across global organizational matrix and have subject matter expertise in general management and technology domain.
