Job Description:
HT Media is seeking a talented and dynamic marketing head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of work experience in marketing with a strong focus on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing strategies to expand HT Media's digital user base.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence, attract new users, and optimize the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & User Acquisition:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead B2B and B2C marketing efforts, ensuring tailored strategies for different target audiences.
- Optimize user funnels, enhance user experience, and increase conversion rates in collaboration with the product team.
Performance & Digital Marketing:
- Analyze and optimize the performance of paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research, analyze user insights, and leverage data-driven approaches to improve marketing performance.
- Implement A/B testing and optimization tactics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Brand & Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Drive brand positioning and enhance HT Media's presence in the digital space.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, engineering, data science, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications & Skills"
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preference for Tier 1 colleges or B.Tech from Tier 1 institutes).
- Experience: 10-12 years in marketing with a focus on user acquisition and retention (experience working with Founders is a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity & Innovation: Passion for growth hacking, agile methodologies, and experimentation in marketing strategies.
