Primary Responsibilities

• Define job descriptions and document specifications.
• Post job descriptions on various portals and social platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements.
• Screen applications of qualified candidates.
• Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and qualified candidates for scheduling interviews.
• Assist and participate in the interview process with managers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage weekly recruitment reports within the given timeline.
• Regularly update the recruitment tracker for all candidates.
• Collaborate with the hiring staff during the offer process, including salary recommendations, incentives, and date of joining.
• Network through internal referral programs, recruitment vendors, and social media.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, offering, contract preparation, and administration.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex matters to the Head of Human Resources.
• Make hiring recommendations to company hiring managers.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
• Manage the complete Employee Referral Program within the organization.
• Provide employee referral payroll inputs to the operations team.
• Manage the recruitment team and train new members.
