Job Description

Job Purpose
To support YTM Team in terms of following critical jobs:
YTM Operations
Stakeholder Management: Internal and External Stakeholder coordination
Maintaining complete Data of GETs YPs related to Final Placements, Internships, Career Movements, Confirmations, Joining Documents, Pre Joining Medical Health Check Up, Insurance Mediclaim
Raising tickets in portal to resolve various system issues faced by YPs GETs
Coordinate with IT Admin team for timely creation of Email IDs, travel portal access and delivery of laptops for YPs GETs
Coordinating with stakeholders for project charters and induction of YPs
Filling templates raising tickets with Seamex, IT Q2T.
Organizing review presentations and collating feedback of managers for YPs, Interns GETs.
Managing Insurance Mediclaim enrollment of GETs YPs.

  • Coordinating Poornata Seamex data upload
  • Preparing MIS
  • Preparing reimbursement claims
  • Preparing templates for tickets related to Seamex, IT Q2T
