- Job Purpose
- Oversee The Day-To-Day Billing Processes Within the ERP System, Including Sales Order Processing, Delivery Order Creation, Invoice Generation
- Ensure Timely and Accurate Generation of Invoices Based on Sales Orders and Delivery Confirmations
- Manage Billing Adjustments, Cancellations, And Credit Notes as Needed
- Act As a Point of Contact for ERP System-Related Billing Queries and Issues, Ensuring Timely Resolution.
- Work Closely with The IT And Finance Teams to Implement ERP System Updates, Enhancements, And Customizations That Improve Billing Efficiency
- Monitor ERP System Performance, Identify Bottlenecks, And Suggest Improvements in The Billing Process
- Work With the Sales, Customer Service, And Finance Teams to Resolve Any Billing Discrepancies or Issues
- Collaborate With Other Departments to Ensure Billing Is Aligned with Sales Agreements, Service Contracts, And Customer Expectations
- Ensure That All Billing Practices Comply with Local Tax Laws, Financial Regulations, And Company Policies
- Support Audits and Compliance Reviews Related to Billing and Financial Records.
- Investigate And Resolve Billing Discrepancies, Customer Disputes, In A Timely and Professional Manner
- Liaise With Internal Teams to Clarify Billing Issues and Offer Solutions to Prevent Delays or Errors In Billing And Dispatches.
