Job Challenges: The job position demands keeping account of GL with AP and ensuring proper GL balances, Fixed Assets. The position to ensure and has a direct role of compliances to Bank guarantee, Capex MIS, Audit, IFC, maintain all records related to payable supply bills and store s inventory.

FA - Additions in fixed assets module & uploading JV in books and ensuring accuracy of monthly depreciation.

Bank Guarantee - Ensuring BG against order & extension wherever required

Audit Preparing & providing inputs to auditor & ensure timely completion.

IFC - Taking care of internal financial control of Silvassa Extrusion.

Supply & Service Bills Payable - Passing of Supply & Service Invoices for Extrusion Plant.

Stores Inventory - Monitoring Stores inventory along with its age and reconciliation with GL
