Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Fast Formulas Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Fast Formulas specifically within the Payroll and Time & Labor modules. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate calculations and reporting, enhancing our overall HR processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Fast Formula Development : Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll and Time & Labor modules to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new formula development and enhancements.

- Testing and Validation : Perform thorough testing and validation of Fast Formulas to ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll calculations and time reporting.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Fast Formulas, including logic, inputs, outputs, and use cases.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to Fast Formulas, working closely with relevant teams to implement solutions.

- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on the use and functionality of Fast Formulas.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay current with updates to Oracle HCM and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience with Oracle HCM, specifically in Payroll and Time & Labor modules.

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining Fast Formulas.

- Strong understanding of payroll processing and time management concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
