Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/Visual Force (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring the efficient integration and customization of Salesforce to meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will guide a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and leverage your deep technical expertise in Salesforce to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to customizations, integrations, data migration, and process automation.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Oversee and review the work of Salesforce developers to ensure best practices are followed and code quality standards are maintained.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed for success.

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and internal systems.

- Manage Salesforce configurations, including setting up users, security, workflows, process builder, and reporting tools.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.

- Perform troubleshooting and debugging for complex technical issues.

- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and capabilities, and proactively recommend enhancements or improvements to the platform.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications, processes, and integrations.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope while adhering to defined timelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Technical Architect) are highly preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and administration.

- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.

- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs, including REST/SOAP web services, Data Loader, and middleware solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including role-based access, profiles, sharing rules, and data security.

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team and provide mentorship and guidance.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

-Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Migration from Classic to Lightning.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
