Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing the Salesforce OmniStudio solution to help our clients achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to design and deploy end-to-end solutions that leverage OmniStudio components.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable solutions that meet business needs.

- Create detailed technical documentation for custom Salesforce solutions and processes.

- Participate in full application development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

- Perform unit testing and assist with system testing to ensure the solutions meet the quality standards.

- Provide troubleshooting support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for any issues encountered by users.

- Customize Salesforce applications and interfaces based on specific business requirements using Salesforce Lightning.

- Stay updated with Salesforce release notes and ensure the latest features are incorporated into the application as needed.

- Work closely with integration teams to connect OmniStudio solutions with external systems (APIs, databases, etc.).

Requirements :

- Proven experience in Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards).

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce development.

- Experience working with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and experience with data manipulation tools (DataLoader, Workbench).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

- Good communication skills to interact with business teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Salesforce certifications (such as OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Einstein and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment pipelines for Salesforce.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Communities, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
