GhostDraft Developer - Javascript (5-7 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Ghostdraft integrations, ensuring that document drafting processes are seamless and automated.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and customize drafting solutions based on requirements.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Ghostdraft code to ensure efficient document generation.

- Design, implement, and maintain templates, scripts, and workflows in Ghostdraft.

- Work with APIs and other technologies to create robust and scalable document automation systems.

- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of developed templates and integrations.

- Stay up-to-date with Ghostdraft product updates and best practices to continuously improve the development process.

- Provide technical support and training to team members and clients on Ghostdraft-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in working with Ghostdraft or similar document automation technologies.

- Strong understanding of document drafting principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, XML, and other relevant scripting languages for customization and automation.

- Experience with API integration and web technologies such as REST or SOAP.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Previous experience with legal document automation (optional but preferred).

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with other document automation tools like HotDocs, DocuSign, or XpressDox.

- Experience with cloud-based systems and databases.

- Knowledge of Agile software development practices.

- Ability to mentor junior developers or help build out documentation and best practices for the team.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- At least 5 years of professional development experience, with specific exposure to document automation tools.
