Service Now API Developer

Job Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs

- Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

- Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).

- Optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve performance and reliability.

- Evaluate and train foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages and improve co-pilot performance.

Job Requirements :

Tech Skills :

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript.

- ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus.

- Mandatory Skills :

- Certifications : CAD, CIS (ITOM/HRSD/CSM).

- Modules : ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB health.

- Integration expertise : REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and advanced scripting, GlideScript.

- Service Portal and UI/UX customization experience.

Mandatory Skills : 3+JavaScript, 3+Glide Script, 3+ ServiceNow APIs
