Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bash/Shell Developer to join our team and work on reviewing and validating AI-generated code.

Key Responsibilities

AI Code Review and Validation :

- Review and validate code generated by AI systems to ensure adherence to industry best practices and quality standards.

- Verify the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-produced solutions through thorough testing and validation.

Problem-Solving and Debugging :

- Use your expertise in Bash/Shell programming to resolve complex coding issues that arise during AI validation.

- Provide hands-on support in debugging and optimizing scripts to ensure they meet performance requirements.

Development Lifecycle Management :

- Organize and manage the development cycle, setting clear goals, project priorities, and deadlines.

- Coordinate the work of the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify strategies to enhance the AI system's capabilities and integrate it effectively with other components.

- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, communication, and continuous improvement within the team.

Code Quality and Feedback :

- Analyze the code written by team members and provide constructive feedback aimed at improving code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.

- Ensure that all code adheres to established coding standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- 3+ years of experience as a Bash/Shell Developer, with strong proficiency in Bash scripting and Shell programming.

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience using version control systems such as Git for collaborative software development.

- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted coding.

- Problem-Solving and Debugging:

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Bash/Shell scripts and provide timely resolutions.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and deployment strategies.
