Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Native HANA Analytics Lead to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HANA technologies and a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing advanced data solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions using SAP Native HANA.

- Develop dashboards and reports using SAP Business Objects tools such as Web Intelligence, Design Studio, and Lumira.

- Create WebI reports and dashboards utilizing data from various sources including SAP BW, Oracle, SQL Server, and Salesforce.

- Perform data modeling and extraction using SAP ECC, BW-ABAP, and BEx.

- Conduct data issue research and resolution in SAP BW and SAP ECC environments.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation in SAP HANA.

- Develop and manage ETL processes, with a focus on SAP BW and SAP Data Services.

- Administer application-level tasks such as installation, configuration, and maintenance.

- Provide support throughout the SAP project lifecycle, including unit and integration testing.

- Regularly communicate with onsite teams and clients, providing status updates and maintaining strong relationships.

Required Skills :

- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP Native HANA Analytics.

- Proficiency in SAP Business Objects, particularly Universe, Design Studio, Lumira, and Web Intelligence.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript for design purposes.

- Experience with data warehousing best practices.

- Ability to perform SAP ECC extraction and complex data modeling.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with HANA scripting.

- Expertise with BW as a data source and BEx Query Designer.

- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes, especially SAP BOBJ Data Services.

- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP QM, SAP TM, and SAP EWM.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP ABAP, BWIP, SAC, or Power BI.

- Familiarity with TIDAL and other scheduling tools.

- Exposure to ASAP and ITIL methodologies.

- Application-level administration experience is a significant plus.
