Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Salesforce Tech Lead located in Bengaluru.

The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading Salesforce projects, designing and implementing solutions, and overseeing the technical team's deliverables.

They will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project success.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources.

- Design and implement robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and platform capabilities.

- Develop custom applications, integrations, and customizations as needed.

- Oversee the technical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and conduct code reviews.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories.

- Hands-on development and customization of Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

- Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Manage the deployment of Salesforce solutions to different environments, following best practices for release management.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.

Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and development best practices.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.

- Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.

- Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and managing technical teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are required.

- Experience in cloud computing technologies is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
