Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Payroll and Time and Labor.
- Analyze clients' existing HCM processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Set up and configure Oracle Cloud payroll and time management modules according to client specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of configurations to ensure functionality meets client requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users and HR personnel on Oracle Cloud functionalities.
- Assist clients with data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely deliverables.
- Stay informed on the latest Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements, providing recommendations for client upgrades.
- Gather user feedback and enhance systems based on real-world use cases.
- Help ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll processing.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to help clients better visualize their data.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to streamline communication.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demos and presentations to prospective clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM focusing on Payroll and Time and Labor modules.
- Proven track record of managing full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience with data migration methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oracle Cloud certification in HCM is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
