Business Analyst - Oracle HCM Module (5-7 yrs)

Role Objective :

This role is primarily responsible for collecting requirements, analyze requirements, identify gaps, map the requirements with standard features and customization required, functional specification documentation, managing and communicating stakeholders, implementing and testing solutions and providing training to users.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Analyzing business processes : Using Oracle software and applications to analyze and document business processes

- Gathering requirements : Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications

- Recommending improvements : Recommending ways to improve systems

- Working with stakeholders : Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and define project scope

- Testing and training : Testing and training on Oracle systems

- Providing support : Providing post-implementation support to ensure successful integration of Oracle systems

Role Requirements :

Primary Skills :

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.

- Strong understanding standing of the configuration of the Work Structures, Absence Plans OTL.

- Strong understanding of Fusion HCM security and workflow configurations.

- Proficiency in SQL for query creation and report generation.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills for functional issues within Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users.

- Ability to analyze business processes and assess impact.

- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.

- Knowledge of Change Management and Release Management processes.

- Strong documentation skills to maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and best practices.

Secondary Skills :

- Experience in Fusion Global Payroll Interface.

- Understanding of the Redwood Customization

Certification :

- Any Functional or Technical certifications for Oracle HCM Cloud (good to have)
