Job Description
Leadership and Management:
-
- Lead and manage a team of ELV technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the team, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the region.
- Coordinate with clients, system integrators, and the technical team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of various ELV systems, including CCTV, fire alarm, public address, and networking.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during system installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all ELV system installations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of completed projects to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of ELV systems.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
