Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships within the metro, railway, and high-speed rail sectors.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure peak performance.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads, conduct in-depth research and understand client needs.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of Heinrichs solutions.
- Conduct effective negotiations to secure contracts and close deals.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, adapting your sales approach accordingly.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the transportation technology sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of the metro, railway, and high-speed rail industries a plus.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Ability to travel for meetings and client visits.
