Heinrich Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals and a passion for financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Handle vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with the audit process.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
1 year of relevant experience (or a fresher with a strong academic background).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
