Tender Bidder

Heinrich Limited is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Tender Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully securing tenders for Airports, Metros, and Railways projects within our designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly analyze tender documents, including the scope of work, specifications, and evaluation criteria.

• Develop comprehensive tender response strategies, ensuring adherence to deadlines and submission requirements.

• Prepare and submit high-quality tender bids, including technical proposals, financial bids, and supporting documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and ensure accurate bid preparation.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential tender opportunities.

• Maintain updated records of tender submissions, evaluations, and award decisions.

• Negotiate with clients and suppliers to optimize contract terms and conditions.

• Adhere to all relevant tendering regulations and compliance standards.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2-3 years experience in tender bidding for infrastructure projects.

• Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulations, and evaluation criteria.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
