Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:
• Drive project sales for Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarms, and Electronic Security Solutions (CCTV & Access Control Systems).
• Generate sales from industries, builders, and developers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for Fire Installations, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and Audit Services.
2. Target Achievement:
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
3. Relationship Management:
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
4. Lead Generation:
• Utilize sales tools, resources, and social media platforms to identify and nurture new leads.
5. Compliance & Expertise:
• Stay updated on industry standards (NFPA, IS Standards, NBC) and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of proven project sales experience in Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarms, Pest Control Services, Elevators, Access Control Systems, or CCTV.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media tools for lead generation.
• Pleasant personality and good presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
