Job Description
Heinrich Limited, a leading provider of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Techno-Commercial Manager to join our growing team in Pune, Delhi, Mumbai regions .
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will be essential in boosting our sales and expanding our market for ELV systems in the Pune, Delhi, Mumbai regions . You will use your technical expertise and business skills to find new opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and qualify potential customers for ELV systems such as Public Address, CCTV, Nurse Call, etc .
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations designed to meet customer needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Heinrichs ELV solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets .
- Manage project execution from initial contact to handover , ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics Telecommunications, Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales of ELV systems or related technology products.
- Strong understanding of ELV systems, including PA, CCTV, Nurse Call, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Target-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
