Techno Commercial Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Techno Commercial Support:

• Act as the primary engineering / manufacturing point of contact for customers, addressing technical and commercial queries.
• Work closely with Business development by providing support in solutioning and feasibility of customer requirements (specific to product design & development)
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.

2. Technical Support & Engineering:

• Provide engineering expertise for product design, material selection, and feasibility studies.
• Manage product development from concept to execution, ensuring quality and performance standards.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, including BOM, SOW, and design calculations.
• Support GD&T, LCM, ECM, DFM, and FMEA activities.
• Manage FAI, QAP, BOM, and proposals for design development.
• Design fixtures, special-purpose machines, and develop part models.
• Ensure project documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional team (CFT) meetings from the early stages of the project to BPC clearance.

3. Finalize concepts and manufacturing techniques with BOM and drawings, conduct real-time analysis to ensure effective machine assembly, and identify suitable design validation techniques, including for control panels.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-15 years in electromechanical integration, box build experience across Railway, Défense, EMS, and Medical sectors.
• Excellent Written and Oral English Communication skills
• Skilled in stakeholder management, project delivery, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Expertise in design, process engineering, testing, quality planning, and V&V.
• Experience with project kickoffs, proposals, CFT coordination, FAI, RCA, and vendor assessments.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
