Job Title: Senior Engineer/ AM- Sales
To promote & sell PCB design services along with our Value additional services.
• Implement action plans developed to meet sales targets.
• Manage the portfolio with key account across Private/Govt./Export.
• Develop new business opportunities in the above segments
• Support and maintain good relationship with the existing accounts on a regular basis to
ensure consistent business flow from them.
• Frequent travel/visits to key accounts- all branches to review and support for new as
well as existing opportunities.
• Estimation of demand, sales forecast from all the regions for the accounts handled.
• Understand and position our services and products effectively to prospective
customers via cold call, emailers, conducting seminars, webinars or exhibiting in expo.
• Manage and track new opportunities generated through marketing promotions
• Interact with the Design Team on a regular basis to ensure timely and satisfactory
completion of projects.
• Customer relationship management.
• Meeting the target and adding values to existing accounts.
Additional Authorizations and Responsibilities:
• Collection of payments from the customers with in specified credit period
• Open to explore VA opportunities across the accounts.
Position will report to : Sr. Manager - Sales
Requirements:
We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented team player with a strong business
mindset and willingness to take up the challenges to deliver under any situation with an
experience of at least 6 years in Technical Sales & Marketing.
Ability and willingness to travel to client locations as needed to fulfill project requirements and foster client relationships.
Profile of Qualifications:
• BE / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication
• Degree / Diploma in Business management from a good Business school is desirable
• Previous experience in Sales & Marketing with a reputed organization or with MNCs is a
must.
• Experience dealing in Govt.Sector/Aerospace/Defense /PSU will have added advantage.
• Excellent Sales, Negotiation & Communication skills
• Ability to perform and deliver under pressure
• Good knowledge about Digital Marketing and hand-on experience across different
ERP/CRM/Lead Generation tools.
