The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves guiding the team in day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, and developing strategies to drive sales performance while fostering a positive and results-oriented environment. This role involves individual contribution along with team target.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Performance Management: Track key sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the use of CRM tools to track customer interactions and pipeline activity. Resolve escalated customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, offerings, and goals.
