Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team growth.
- Oversee customer service processes and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Identify and qualify leads, converting them into paying customers.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver sales training programs to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Corizo's products and services to effectively represent them to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Inside Sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A data-driven approach to sales with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
