Job Summary:

This role is responsible for spearheading the Early Careers Program for HCL across India. It involves strategizing and implementing initiatives that attract and develop young talent from educational institutions. The position requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external institutions to ensure HCL remains a preferred employer for early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement campus hiring strategies to support HCLs workforce requirements.
• Build strategic alliances with premier academic institutions and represent HCL in campus engagements.
• Drive initiatives for onboarding, training, and retaining early-career talent, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Develop metrics to measure the programs impact on talent acquisition and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate early-career professionals into the organization effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 10 + years of Advanced degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale campus recruitment programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in analyzing recruitment metrics and implementing process improvements.
