Sr Manager - Talent Acquisition - 12 To 15 Yrs, Hyderabad

Summary of the job :

To oversee organizational Talent acquisition needs and implement strategies to meet the business requirements.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Talent Acquisition specialists and take the ownership of team's performance and the hiring cycle length timelines.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with the hiring managers.
• Implement lates trends in TA strategies.
• Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• End to end responsibility of driving open positions to closures as per defined SLAs
• Source potential candidates through various sources such as (Job boards, social platforms and professional networks).
• Drafting the job descriptions and framing assessment matrix for the envisaged job role.
• Drive employer branding initiatives.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, thus maintain a healthy candidates pipeline.
• Generate monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

Requirements and skills:

• Proven track record in handling multi facets of TA ( Volume hiring, lateral hiring, head hunting, talent mining, etc ).
• Experience in handling team of recruiters and driving the results through the team.
• Adept with social media, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
