Job Summary:

This role is responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier executive talent to drive HCLs strategic objectives. The Leadership Hiring Lead will ensure the recruitment of leaders who align with the companys vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with the stakeholders and related teams.
• Develop customized search strategies for niche leadership roles.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to benchmark compensation and benefits for senior roles.
• Partner with business leaders to craft compelling role narratives.
• Manage sensitive negotiations with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of executive search experience in TAG - HR
• Expertise in confidentiality and high-level communication.
• Knowledge of global talent landscapes for leadership roles.
