Lead - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Spearheaded talent acquisition initiatives, overseeing recruitment, selection, offer processing, and seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, liaise with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and facilitate offer rollouts, background verifications, and reference checks.
- Oversee the entire spectrum of sourcing solutions, encompassing attraction, sourcing, selection, and integration, by aligning with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Utilizing diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Proficiency in recruitment marketing, constructing market mapping and exploring new sourcing channels to strategically develop Talent Pools to meet the Hiring Plan's demands.
- Proficient in Stakeholder Management, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct thorough reference checks before finalizing candidate selection.
- Craft Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other essential documents, and oversee induction programs for new hires.
- Facilitate probation and confirmation processes, maintain employee personnel files, and ensure integrity in portal data management.
- Oversee HR database maintenance, including employee addition/deletion and portal information management.
- Ensure accurate attendance management through HR systems, including monitoring attendance, maintaining biometric machine functionality, and generating time-office-based reports.
- Collaborate with the IT Team for smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations, festive events, annual day celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-term, and annual appraisals, utilizing HR cloud tools for automation and training employees on goal setting.
- Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, monthly timesheets, and reimbursements with the India Region.
- Manage employee relations and facilitate the employee separation process, including exit clearance, full final settlements, relieving certificate management, and conducting exit interviews for valuable feedback on organizational performance and areas of improvement.
