Role Summary:
- The Talent Acquisition Leader will drive the organization's strategy for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across all levels.
- This role encompasses end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring process.
- The Talent Acquisition Leader will design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, foster partnerships with business leaders, and lead a team in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Leadership:.
- Design, lead, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, candidate assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute robust hiring strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent aligned with organizational objectives.
- Implement standardized processes for hiring and onboarding that promote efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
Talent Attraction and Branding:.
Establish strategies to identify and engage diverse talent pipelines, leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
- Build and promote a strong employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and engagement with community networks, professional organizations, and universities.
- Monitor and refine recruitment campaigns to ensure a consistent and compelling corporate presence in the talent market.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, offering guidance on workforce planning, market trends, and hiring best practices.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the talent acquisition team by establishing clear service-level agreements (SLAs) and measurable hiring goals.
- Maintain productive relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure value-driven outcomes.
Data-Driven Decision Making:.
- Analyze recruitment data to track and report metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and turnover trends.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve hiring processes and align recruitment outcomes with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory hiring requirements, utilizing data to support equal employment opportunity (EEO) initiatives.
Recruitment Technology and Innovation:.
- Oversee and optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead with a digital-first mindset, integrating technology to improve collaboration, productivity, and candidate engagement.
Program Management:.
- Drive the success of key talent programs, such as internships, diversity hiring initiatives, and new hire onboarding programs.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance programs to align with evolving business needs and workforce trends.
Team Development and Leadership:.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Ensure alignment between team performance and organizational goals by providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Compliance and Risk Management:.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, local labor laws, and industry standards.
- Partner with HR to support compliance efforts, including affirmative action planning and diversity reporting requirements.
Qualifications And Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 6 years in a leadership role managing teams and large-scale hiring operations.
- Proven expertise in recruiting across diverse levels and functions, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on business needs.
