Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audit, risk consulting and business consulting engagements as primary contact point for clients.
- Lead a team of consultants/analysts.
- Plan, organize and provide oversight to the engagements.
- Ensure quality of deliverables, processes and completion of projects within planned timeline.
- Communicate the results of assignments and value drivers of clients' businesses through written reports and oral presentations.
- Keep job economics under watch.
- Ensure timely closure and billing of projects.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop opportunities both at existing clients and new clients.
- Carry out business development activities.
- Develop, submit and convert proposals.
- Support and drive go-to-market campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the market, client service groups and industry.
People Development:
- Develop, engage and grow team.
- Plan and hire people, train and evaluate staff and take effective actions to address performance matters.
Thought Leadership:
- Research, compile and introduce leading practices in the industry(s) in terms of processes, practices, tools, and technology.
Qualification: CA/ CPA/ CIA.
- CFE, CISA and other relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years post qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, IFC/ICFR.
- Should have worked minimum 8 years in an audit or consulting firm.
- Other desirable skills/experience: Data Analysis, ERP (SAP/others), IT Security, Forensic Location: Bangalore (must be open for travel on engagements).
