Milton is looking for a Sr. Brand Manager for Mumbai - Kandivali location.

Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights

- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

- Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns & activations.

- Work with marketing team on multiple brand lead initiatives

- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI (return on investment) and KPIs

- Establish and maintain brand budgets

- Drive & monitor market trends, consumer research, Insights, competitors activities

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

- Media planning including ATL, Brand assets, Digital, brand ambassador & influencers

- Devise innovative growth strategies

- Align the company around the brands direction, choices, and tactics

Technical Competency :

• Brand Strategy & Identity
• Marketing Campaigns, Research and Consumer Insights
• Content Marketing
• Marketing Analytics

ESSENTIAL:

• Knowledge of current marketing trends, preferably in consumer markets and with promotional mechanism relevant to different customer groups.
• Should be from FMCD/FMCG/Automotive sector background.
• Demonstrated experience in branding and communication activities.
• Proven experience in digital marketing activities. DESIRABLE:
• Proven record of brand lead TVCs along with celebrity endorsements. Brand architecture & brand positioning expert.
