JOB DESCRIPTION

Position title : Sr Executive - Sales Support and EA

Department : Spotzero

Location: Mumbai - Fort

Reporting to : Vice President -Spotzero

Key responsibilities

Sales Support Responsibility
†Assist the Business head in creating a strategic forecast of category-wise product requirements on a periodic basis based on data collated from Sales team and with a focus on Business plan.
†Support planning, scheduling, and monitoring the production at manufacturing facilities to ensure timely production / buying improvement.
†Drive efficient inventory management of products.
†Be the one-point contact for information of product availability information to Sales Team.
†Ensuring timely creation of Product code, BOM Updation in SAP.
†Carving out data from various modes like SAP/DMS/Bizom and creating required MIS for Production/ Stock / Sales / Schemes etc.
†Mapping of Industry / Market competition for Category /product trend and participate for roadmap of the business Unit.

Secretarial Responsibility
†Establishes and operates an efficient office by providing secretarial
†and administrative support to the BU Head.
†Manage the BU Head’s calendar and travel arrangements.
†Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the BU Head.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Ensure all meeting materials are prepared and distributed in advance.

• Confidentiality and Discretion:

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding internal matters and communications.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and

stakeholders.

Competencies/skillsTECHNICAL: -
Advance excel/SAP Mandatory
