Too much favouritism, bureaucracy, biased behaviour, old management (with limited scope for young talent or new ideas to come in). No emp benefits like mediclaim, wfh). Alternate Saturday working (1st and 3rd and 5th Saturday working, which makes it difficult for employee to attend to personal banking work). It's one of the most fastest growing Company. Company of the owner it's so down to earth person. Every employee of company for him like a family member. In the time of COVID situation owner didn't deduct the salary of any single employees of the company. Even he said to management inform to each and every employee if they require any medical help for family also company will be provided.

1. The HOD atitude live his owner of the company 2. Work culture is the worst 3. HOD is biased and does everything except the job 4. Entire team of e-commerce wants to just leave Hamilton housewares because of the office politics. Even in last 2 years 18 employees leave the Hamilton only reason is HOD atitude. 5. You can join any team in Hamilton housewares except the Ecom team as the growth is very bad in this team although there is tremendous growth is Ecom business 6. Nothing to like anything, if you joining then it's a waste of time in your carrier specifically Marketing & Product team. All the old age guys are stagnent in their position. it's a Mafia type decision making company

Dislikes

During Covid time also they prefer to come to office and work. People coming from far away place are not allowed for reimbursement also and also increment is just peanuts. No promotion even after spending 5 year in company where as my reporting manager got promoted twice.
