Senior Executive - Sales Sourcing

We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our real estate sourcing team.

Location: Chembur (Mumbai)

Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, including commercial, residential, or industrial properties.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and financial reports to make informed decisions.
• Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of closing favorable deals.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Player: Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and collaboration.
• Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Design and implement strategies to source real estate properties that meet the company's acquisition or leasing goals.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key opportunities and trends in the real estate sector, and guide the team to leverage them.
• Broker Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, property owners, and other key stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with the company policies.
• Reporting a KPIs: Regularly report on sourcing activities, deal flow, and key performance indicators (KP|s)
