Job Description
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- • Assess requirement from projects of zone and decide on new purchase or refurbishment strategy
- • Maintain report on asset usage including reconciliation of aluform purchased across all projects of GPL
- • Formulate & implement SOPs on refurbishment, reconciliation & new purchase • Assess quality of aluform supplied by suppliers and suggest improvements in design
- • Chase shop drawing approvals (at present major reasons of delay) and follow up on timely material delivery
- • Candidate will be required to participate and drive the Contract negotiation to get best efficiency technically and commercially
- • Will have to move to sites to see the actual erection of Formwork and get the desired optimal outcome wrt Quality, Speed.
- • Will have to drive the Formwork strategy for High Rise building and for Affordable to Horizontal development of Township
