Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
a. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets and objectives.
b. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the formwork industry.
c. Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
a. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing national sales team.
b. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
c. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
b. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure long-term business partnerships.
c. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
4. Business Development:
a. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand JET Formworks market presence.
b. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
c. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
5. Operational Oversight:
a. Ensure efficient sales operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
b. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
c. Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
a. Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the executive team.
b. Utilize CRM tools and other software to manage sales activities and track customer interactions.
c. Continuously assess and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
a. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
2. Experience:
a. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
b. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the construction or formwork industry.
3. Skills and Competencies:
a. Strong leadership and team management skills.
b. Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
c. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
d. In-depth knowledge of the formwork industry and construction market in India.
e. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
f. Ability to analyse complex data and derive actionable insights.
4. Travel Requirements:
a. Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet clients and support the sales team.
