Position: Quality Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of processes, products, or services by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of processes, services, or products.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Process Improvement:

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns affecting quality.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of quality checks, test results, and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Training & Support:

• Assist in training team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Provide support in resolving quality-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years in a similar role; prior internship experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
