About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and maintain our Management Information System (MIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling data, generating reports, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Report Generation:

• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop dashboards and analytical reports for management review.

System Maintenance:

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the MIS system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning of MIS tools and software.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Suggest and implement improvements in data reporting processes.

Coordination:

• Liaise with different teams to gather data and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide training to team members on MIS tools and processes, if required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience with database management tools and reporting software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
