Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving revenue and fostering long-term customer relationships? GenZS Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development and Retention to lead and align our Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Revenue & Growth, you will:

- 10+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong data-driven decision-making, team-building, and communication skills.
