Python/Odoo Developer - CRM (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, HR) to meet specific business requirements.

- This includes designing workflows, creating custom fields, and modifying existing functionalities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (business analysts, end-users) to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement them effectively within the Odoo environment.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs and web services, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.

- Optimize Odoo performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and efficiency.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay updated on new Odoo features, versions, and best practices, and evaluate their relevance for ongoing projects.

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Python development with a focus on Odoo.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.

- Expertise in developing and customizing Odoo modules, workflows, and migrations.

- Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with Docker for containerization.

- Familiarity with API testing tools (ePostman).

- Knowledge of software development best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Odoo Techno-functional expertise (understanding of business processes and how they relate to Odoo functionality).

- Experience with various Odoo versions and migrations.

- Familiarity with development tools like VS Code and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Odoo Certification v15.

- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
