Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our loan products, and assisting them through the loan process. Freshers are most welcome, and candidates with a sales background are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products and services.

- Follow up with leads and assist them with their loan applications.

- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

- Achieve daily and monthly call targets as assigned.

- Address customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements:

- Freshers with a graduation degree (mandatory).

- Candidates with previous sales experience will be given preference.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer interactions professionally.

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary of - 12,000 per month + attractive incentives upon target completion.

6-day working week with 1 weekend off.
